Know before the call.

Sensors that watch the plant room, cameras that watch the perimeter, and one platform that tells your team what matters — before somebody phones.

Monitoring

Readings against normal, not a manual.

Wireless where it must be.

Battery sensors go where there is no power and no cable route — showroom floor, offices, roof tanks.

Wired where it already pays.

In the plant room, with mains power and a two-metre cable run, points wire into the same gateway.

Thresholds from a baseline.

Two to four weeks of readings before a limit goes live. One reading never wakes anyone.

What gets monitored →

Temperature & humidityWireless

Comfort complaints before they are made; server-room excursions; humidity damage to stock and finishes.

Water & floodSpot wireless · rope wired

Escape of water while it is still a mop, not a claim. Spot probes on named risks, rope along pipe runs.

Tank levelWireless

Roof and ground tanks trended against normal draw, so a draining tank is caught overnight.

Light levelWired

Circuits out in car parks, corridors and showrooms, flagged as early warning for the planner.

Power & running stateWired

Is the pump actually running? Is the AHU drawing what it should? Current clamps answer it.

Pump & fan vibrationWired

Bearing wear on pumps and fans trended ahead of failure. Chillers are read from their own controller over BACnet.

Open-standard LoRaWAN · 4G SIM in the gateway, never the tenant's WiFi · Indicative form factors, final hardware confirmed at pilot

FAMICA Vision · AI CCTV

Fewer cameras. Fewer alerts. Better evidence.

Audit before hardware.

Fewer cameras come from resolution, field of view and placement — so a coverage audit comes before any quotation.

People and vehicles, not faces.

Cameras filter weather, animals and shadows at the edge. No facial recognition by default.

An incident with an owner and a record.

A credible event reaches a guard's phone, is acknowledged, attended and logged — a timeline you can show an insurer.

See it live

What would FAMICA have caught?

Three nights from the demo portfolio, replayed in twelve seconds each. Reading, threshold, alert, acknowledged, on scene — with the rules that decided each step.

Platform

One picture of the building, shared.

Core

Dashboard, baselines, control limits, and alert routing to Telegram, email or the work-order system.

Connect

An open API and signed webhooks into the CAFM you already run.

Vision

Camera events, zones and incidents on the same timeline as sensor readings.

White-label

Multi-tenant from day one. Your clients see your brand, your sites, your people.

Feeds your CAFM — does not replace it.

How it works

Survey. Baseline. Live.

  1. 1

    Survey

Walk the site, map risks and blind spots, agree what is worth knowing.

  2. 2

    Baseline

Two to four weeks of readings before any threshold or camera rule goes live.

  3. 3

    Live

Alerts to the people who act on them, reviewed monthly: what fired, what was missed, what to tune.

Acceptance criteria at every step — coverage, response, accountability — so a pilot ends with a number, not an opinion.

Privacy & security

Built so a compliance review is short.

A building processes personal data the moment a camera is switched on. Everything here is designed with that in mind.

  • Detection, not identification. Rules act on "a person entered a zone", never on who.
  • Retention you set. Footage stays on the site recorder under your policy; FAMICA stores events, incident clips and aggregate counts.
  • Role-based access and a full audit log. Who viewed what, when and why — exportable for a PDPA request.
  • Data in Southeast Asia. Hosted on Google Cloud, asia-southeast1. No third-party identity provider.
  • Signage and policy support. We supply the notice wording and the data-flow description your DPO will ask for.

Questions

What people ask first.

Does it need our WiFi?

No. The gateway carries its own 4G SIM. A tenant IT change or a router outage does not blind the building.

What if the power fails?

Battery sensors keep reading. Whether the gateway rides through depends on the model fitted, which is decided at the survey.

Can it feed our CAFM?

Yes — that is the design. An open API and signed webhooks raise work orders in the system you already run. FAMICA does not replace it.

Which cameras?

We specify from the established AI-camera families — Dahua WizSense, Hikvision AcuSense, Uniview LightHunter — by coverage and lifecycle cost, supplied and installed through a certified partner. The platform works across makers.

Do you store faces?

No. Detection, not identification. Facial recognition is not deployed unless a client specifically requires it and completes its own impact assessment.

How long is a pilot?

One building: survey, fit, two to four weeks of baseline, then live. It ends with numbers against acceptance criteria agreed up front, not an opinion.
